Do not use this article if:

  • You have a BuzzTV or DS1 device — see BuzzTV / DS1: Connect to Wi-Fi instead.

  • You have a ChromeBit — see ChromeBit: Connect to Wi-Fi instead.

Prerequisites

Have the following ready:

  • FireStick remote

  • Wi-Fi network name (SSID)

  • Wi-Fi password

Important: Connect to your standard business Wi-Fi — not a guest network. Guest networks can expire and interrupt your screen service.

Steps

  1. Press the Home button on your FireStick remote to go to the main home page.

  2. Navigate to the profile icon with the settings wheel (on the right side of the screen).

  3. Select Network.

  4. Choose your Wi-Fi network from the list.

  5. Enter your Wi-Fi password.

Expected result: The FireStick connects to Wi-Fi within a few seconds.

Resolution

Once connected, the Budvue app should resume displaying content. If content does not appear, try restarting the FireStick by holding the Select + Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for 5–10 seconds.

Contact Support

If the FireStick fails to connect to Wi-Fi, email tvsupport@budvue.com with:

  • Wi-Fi network name (not the password)

  • A description of the error or what you see on screen

  • Steps you have already tried
