00:00: We're excited to introduce powerful new updates to your Budvue dashboard that

00:04: give you clearer visibility into your inventory and help you make faster,

00:08: smarter decisions. These features are designed to help to filter

00:12: your products and then tag them for promotion.

00:15: Begin by accessing the "Products" section to view your inventory, an essential

00:19: step in managing your offerings efficiently.

00:22: The new sales velocity column provides a more accurate view of an items average

00:27: daily sales, unlike traditional POS reports which assume the item was

00:31: in stock for the entire period. Bloodview calculates sales velocity by dividing

00:35: units sold over the past 60 days by the number of days.

00:38: The item was actually in stock. For example, if 30 units sold in five days,

00:42: the velocity is 6 units per day.

00:44: Not one unit per day. Average over a full month,

00:48: In this example. the store sells over 3 lighters per day

00:54: You can further filter these results by Category, brand or by items

00:58: you have previously tagged.

01:00: For example if you would like to see your fastest selling edibles, first you click the categories

01:04: button.

01:06: Then select the edibles category.

01:09: Finalize your selections by clicking apply.

01:12: In this case we sell 1.5 Wyld Real Fruit

01:15: Sour Peach Mango Soft Chews per day

01:18: The New Days Inventory field tells you how long it will take to sell all of your current inventory

01:23: based on the last 60 days sales velocity. Click the heading to

01:27: sort the column from highest to lowest to identify opportunities to promote slow

01:31: moving inventory.

01:33: However, you may want to know how much money is tied up with this slow-moving

01:37: inventory. You can do this by viewing the new retail value column.

01:42: This is the quantity on hand multiplied by the retail price.

01:47: On top of these fields, we've also added new filtered inventory insights.

01:52: The top 50 sellers view highlights your fastest moving products based on sales

01:56: velocity,

01:58: It even Flags top sellers that are currently out of stock or low in stock.

02:02: Helping, you avoid missed sales opportunities and making sure your

02:06: best products stay available and visible on your bud view screens.

02:09: It's a quick actionable. Snapshot of what's working? Perfect for guiding

02:14: promotions, reorders, and staff recommendations in this example.

02:17: If you click view, you can see the 28 products in your top 50

02:21: sellers that are out of stock.

02:24: These lists are sorted using the sales velocity in descending order.

02:29: Next, the Distressed Products section shows you which inventory is

02:33: aging.

02:35: This is broken down by products for over 30 90

02:39: or 180 days.

02:41: You'll see how much value is at risk.

02:43: And how many items are affected.

02:45: So you can take timely action, whether that means running a sale, bundling

02:50: items or rotating them out of your display strategy, you can

02:54: click the view buttons to further filter.

02:56: The result of the items with more than 30 90 or 180

03:00: days of inventory.

03:03: Together these features give you real control over your inventory.

03:06: Helping you move, inventory faster, reduce waste, and increase profits

03:10: log in now and check out the products tab in your bud.

03:13: View dashboard to start putting these insights to work for your store.
