How to Edit Scheduling on Current Promotions

00:00: In this video, we will show you how you can schedule promotions to appear on your 00:04: TV by managing the content in your TV playlist. 00:09: Navigate to the playlist for the TV you'd like to make changes to. 00:14: Select the details button on the right side of the screen for the promotion you would like 00:18: to schedule. 00:20: Scroll down to the schedule section 00:27: Selecting permanently will allow the promotion to play until you decide to delete 00:31: it from your TV playlist. 00:34: Selecting a schedule will allow you to schedule a start date and end date for your promotion. 00:40: Enter the date on which you would like your promotion to begin playing either today or 00:44: a future date. The promotion will begin playing at midnight. 00:49: Next enter an end date. Your promotion will automatically be 00:53: removed at midnight. 00:55: You can also schedule promotions to play on specific days and it specific 00:59: times of the day. This feature can be used with both permanent and scheduled 01:03: promotions. 01:05: To set your promotion to play on set days of the week at the top of the chart click 01:09: the day. 01:11: You can select multiple days by clicking and dragging along the top of the chart. 01:17: To reset your schedule click the all button and all days will be selected. 01:22: You can also select what time of the day you would like your promotion to play. 01:26: To do so click the hour on the left hand side of the chart. 01:31: Similar to days of the week you are able to select multiple hours of the day by 01:35: clicking and dragging on the left-hand side of the chart. 01:39: You can also select specific days or hours by clicking on the applicable cell. 01:45: Once you have set your schedule navigate to the save button at the top 01:49: or bottom of the page. 01:51: Your promotion will now play on its set schedule.
