In this video, we will show you how you can schedule promotions to appear on your TV, by managing the content in your TV playlist.

Navigate to the Playlist for the TV you’d like to make changes to.

Select the details button on the right side of the screen for the promotion you would like to schedule.

Scroll down to the schedule section.

Selecting permanently will allow the promotion to play until you decide to delete it from your TV playlist.

Selecting a schedule will allow you to schedule a start date and end date for your promotion.

Enter the date on which you would like your promotion to begin playing either today or a future date. The promotion will begin playing at midnight.

Next, enter an end date. Your promotion will automatically be removed at midnight.

You can also schedule promotions to play on specific days and at specific times of the day. This Feature can be used with both permanent and scheduled promotions.

To set your promotion to play on set days of the week, at the top of the chart, click the day.

You can select multiple days by clicking and dragging along the top of the chart

To reset your schedule click the all button and all days will be selected.

You can also select what time of the day you would like your promotion to play. To do so, click the hour on the left-hand side of the chart.

Similar to days of the week you are able to select multiple hours of the day by clicking and dragging on the left-hand side of the chart.

You can also select specific days or hours by clicking on the applicable cell.

Once you have set your schedule, navigate to the save button at the top or bottom of the page.

Your promotion will now play on its set schedule.
