How to Upload Content onto your Promo TV

Steps:

1. Access the Budvue Dashboard:

• Navigate to the Promo TV Portal at: Dashboard.budvue.com
• Log in using your credentials.
• If you do not have access to your portal:
  • Please fill out the Dashboard Access Form: Sign Up

2. Upload Content to the Promo Library:

• Once logged in, locate and click on "Promo Library" in the dashboard menu.
• Click the "Upload New" button.
• Select the image or video file you wish to upload from your computer.

3. File Requirements:

• Supported File Formats:
  • Images: JPG, PNG
  • Videos: MP4, WebM
• Maximum File Size:
  • Videos: 90MB
  • Images: 10MB
• Recommended Dimensions:
  • 1920 pixels (width) x 1080 pixels (height)

4. Save and Configure Content:

• After selecting your file, click "Save."
• You will then be able to configure the following settings:
  • Playlist Selection: Choose the playlist where you want your content to appear.
  • Scheduling:
    • Start and End Dates: Set the date range for when your content will be displayed.
    • Days of the Week: Select the specific days of the week for your content to play.
    • Times of Day: Specify the time range for your content to be displayed.
• Save your configuration settings.

Important Notes:

• Ensure your content meets the specified file format, size, and dimension requirements to avoid upload or playback issues.
• Double-check all scheduling to ensure your content plays when and where you intend it to.
