Ads are Playing in the Wrong Orientation

Problem:

The advertisements on your Edgeworth screen are displaying in the incorrect orientation (e.g., sideways, upside down).

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Adjust Orientation via Admin Panel:

• Importance: This allows you to manually correct the screen's orientation settings.
• Steps:
  1. Click the "OK" button on your BuzzTV remote to access the Admin Panel.
  2. Locate and select the "Rotate" option. Click it repeatedly until the screen displays in the desired orientation. (You may need to click it up to four times).
  3. Once the correct orientation is achieved, scroll to the bottom of the Admin Panel and select "Delete all files and close app."

2. Reboot the Device:

• Importance: Rebooting the device after adjusting the orientation can ensure the changes are properly applied and resolve any temporary software conflicts.
• Steps:
  • Unplug the Edgeworth screen's power cord from the electrical outlet.
  • Wait for 30 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the outlet.
  • Allow the device to restart.
