Task: Reset a forgotten or expired password for the Budvue Dashboard.
Platform: Web Browser (Desktop/Mobile)
Use this article when: You know your login email but cannot remember your password, or your current password is not being accepted.
Do not use this article if:
You do not have an account yet — see How To: Request a Dashboard Login.
Steps
Go to the Dashboard: Open your browser and navigate to dashboard.budvue.com.
Select Forgot Password: Click the Forgot Password? link located just below the login fields.
Enter Your Email: Type in the email address associated with your account and click Submit.
Check Your Email: Look for a password reset email from Budvue Support.
Note: This link is time-sensitive for security. If you don't see it within 5 minutes, check your Spam/Junk folder.
Create New Password: Click the link in the email, enter a new secure password, and confirm.
Expected result: You are redirected to the login page and can now access the Dashboard with your new credentials.
Resolution
Once logged in, you can resume managing your TV menus, print menus, or tablet settings. If you use a password manager, remember to update the saved entry with your new password.
