Task: Request a new user account or access to the Budvue Dashboard.

Use this article when: You need a login to manage TV menus, access the BudGuide tablet password, generate print menus, view Smart Ad Play data, or manage data agreements.
Do not use this article if: You already have an account but forgot your password — see How To: Reset Dashboard Password instead.
Steps
Check with your Manager: Company Admins have the ability to add new users directly under Settings > User Management. Check with them first for the fastest access.
Submit a Request: If you require a new account from the Budvue team, you can submit a request at: www.budvue.com/dashboardrequest
Alternative (Email): You may also email tvsupport@budvue.com with the following details:
Full Name
Official Work Email
Store Location(s) you need to access
Role Level (e.g., View Only, Manager, or Admin)
Activate Account: Once support creates your account, you will receive a "Welcome" email. Click the link within 24 hours to set your password and activate the account.
Expected result: You receive a login confirmation and can access all necessary Dashboard features.
Resolution
Once logged in, you will have access to:
Digital Menus: Manage your live TV menus.
Tablets: Find your BudGuide tablet password.
Print Menus: Generate and download menus for print.
Data: Access Smart Ad Play data and view/sign Data Agreements.

If you do not receive your activation email after the request has been processed, please check your Spam/Junk folder before contacting support for a resend.
