How to Request Your Dashboard Login

How to get your Budvue Dashboard credentials so you can start managing your screens.

Your Budvue Dashboard is where you build menus, schedule promotions, manage products, and monitor your screens. To access it, you need login credentials provided by the Budvue team.


If you are a new client, your login will typically be set up as part of your onboarding. This article explains what to do if you haven't received your credentials yet, or if you need access for a new team member.

For New Clients — Requesting Your Initial Login


Step 1  Contact Budvue Support

Email tvsupport@budvue.com with the subject line: Dashboard Login Request. Include your store name, the email address you'd like to use, and the name of the primary account holder.

Step 2  Receive your credentials

The Budvue team will create your account and send login credentials to the email address you provided. This typically happens within one business day.

Step 3  Log in and set your password

Use the credentials in the email to log in for the first time. You will be prompted to set a new password on first login.


Adding a New Team Member

If you need to give a manager or staff member access to the dashboard:


Step 1 Login to the Dashboard 

Once you have logged in, in the top right corner under your username, click on 'Manager Users'.nclude your store name, the new team member's name, and their email address.

Step 2  Click on +Invite User

Fill out this form, specifying the users access and then click 'Send Invite'

Step 3  Team member receives their invite

They will receive a login invitation at the email address provided.

Keep your login credentials in a secure place. Each team member should have their own login — avoid sharing a single account across multiple people.
