- Click the blue home button in the middle of the device remote to get out to the setup page
- Click cancel on the signage resuming button
- From there, click 'All Apps', and then the 'Grey Settings' button
- Click 'Advanced Settings'
- Click 'Display' and then 'Screen Resolution'
- Click into 'Display Mode' and select the 1080 option (recommended)
- Click the back button until you are back at the setup page
- Click to launch the signage to get back into the menu
