1. Frozen Timer
Here, you can see that you’re stuck on the frozen timer. Let’s fix that now! First, grab your BuzzTV remote, which is pictured here.
2. Navigate to Settings
Next, using the arrow keys on your remote, navigate to the settings icon on the screen.
3. Navigate back to Cancel
Once you’re in the settings menu, navigate back to the Cancel option and press the OK button to select it.
4. Launch Menu
The Cancel button will now change to Launch. Simply click on Launch to continue.
5. Let the Menu Load
Now, let the menu load up. Please give it a few moments to fully refresh.
6. Reboot Device
For the best results, we also recommend unplugging your device for about 30 seconds and letting it fully reboot before reconnecting. This can help clear any lingering issues.
