How to Update your Date and Time

1. Accessing Home Screen
From the menu, press the blue Home button to return to the Home Screen.

2. Cancel the Timer

Click the Cancel button to stop the timer, the timer will boot you back to your menu.

3. Signage is now Paused

The timer should now be paused, which will allow you to proceed with the next steps.

4. Check the Time.

Ensure the time is correct, if it is not this can cause connection issues.

5. Navigate to Settings

Navigate to your settings in order to adjust the time.

6. Navigate to System

Using the arrow keys, navigate down to System.

7. Date & Time

In System, we will select the Date and Time option.

8. Automatic date & time

Ensure the Automatic date and time is toggled on.

9. Select time zone

Using your arrow keys, navigate down to select time zone.

10. Navigate to Time Zone

11. Select your time zone

Select the correct time zone.

12. Reboot Device

For the best results, we also recommend unplugging your device for about 30 seconds and letting it fully reboot before reconnecting. This can help clear any lingering issues.
