How to Reboot your Budvue Screen

If you're experiencing a white screen, missing information, or a frozen screen on our app, don't worry we're here to help. Sometimes, a quick reboot is all it takes to get everything running smoothly again. In this video, we'll walk you through the simple steps to reboot the app and resolve these issues.

1. Accessing the Admin Panel

From the Menu Screen Press “OK” on the BuzzTV Remote to pull up the Admin Panel

2. Reboot the App

Using the arrow keys on the remote, navigate down to the "Delete All Files and Close App" option and click "OK"

3. Home Screen

You will then be directed to the home screen where you can wait for the countdown or click the cancel button.

4. Launch Menu

If the cancel button is clicked, you will then click launch.

5. Let the Menu Load

Allow some time for the menu to launch.
