1. Verify Wi-Fi Connectivity:
- If you are NOT connected to Wi-Fi:
- Once connected allow up to 30 minutes for the screens to receive updates.
- If the product information does not update after 30 minutes, please submit a support ticket.
- If you ARE connected to Wi-Fi:
- Proceed to the next steps.
2. Utilize the Override Feature (If Available):
- Importance: The Override feature allows you to make direct adjustments to product information.
- Steps:
- Access the Override section on your Budvue dashboard.
- Make the necessary adjustments to the incorrect product information.
- If you do not have access to the Override feature:

3. Further Troubleshooting and Ticket Submission:
If the issue persists after using the Override feature (or if you don't have access), please submit a support ticket.
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide the following information in your ticket:
- Affected Locations:
- Which of your dispensary locations are experiencing the product display issue?
- Display Inaccuracy:
- Are you noticing any specific inaccuracies with the product information displayed? Examples could include incorrect pricing, descriptions, or missing information.
- Product Details:
- Provide the names of the products that are displaying incorrectly.
- If possible, include the UPC code for each product.
- If more than five products are affected, sharing 2-3 examples is sufficient.
- Internet Connectivity:
- Confirm that the affected displays have a stable internet connection. You can test this by visiting: budvue.com/wifi and following the instructions.
- Detailed Description of the Issue:
- Please provide as much detail as possible. Ex. UPCs, names of products, and what needs to be changed to the product.
