If you are having product issues and are not connected to Wi-Fi, please allow 30 minutes for the screens to update. If after 30 minutes they haven’t updated, please submit a ticket
If you are having product issues and you have confirmed that you are connected to Wi-Fi, please create a ticket.
When creating a product issue ticket, please try to include as much detail as possible. Ex. UPCs, names of products, and what needs to be changed to the product.
