Fire Stick App Updates

This guide provides instructions for updating your app and adjusting screen orientation on your Fire Stick.

Updating Your App

To ensure you're running the latest version of the app, please follow these steps for a manual update:

1. From the Fire Stick home screen, navigate to your app library.
2. Highlight the app you wish to update (e.g., ClickSpace TV).
3. Press the Menu button (three horizontal lines) on your Fire Stick remote.
4. Select "More Info".
5. If an update is available, you will see an "Update" button. Click this button to install the latest version.

Adjusting Screen Orientation

If your screen is displaying in the wrong orientation (e.g., upside down or sideways), you can easily correct this using your Fire Stick remote:

1. Using your Fire Stick remote, click the large circular selection button in the middle. This action will bring up the administrative panel.
2. Within the administrative panel, navigate to the "Rotate" option.
3. Click "Rotate" until your screen is in the correct orientation.
4. Once the display is correct, you can close the administrative panel.

Important Note regarding Access Codes:

If you are prompted for new access codes after an update, please submit a ticket requesting those.
