Step 1: Exit the App
Press the Home button on your remote.
When you see “Signage will resume in…”, select Cancel.
Step 2: Open the Google Play Store
Select All Apps.
Open Play Store.
If You Don’t See Play Store:
Open Settings (grey gear icon).
Go to:
Apps → See all apps → Show system appsScroll down and select Google Play Store.
⚠ If the Play Store will not load, check that the device is connected to Wi-Fi.
Step 3: Sign In
Sign in with your Google account when prompted.
If not prompted, select the account icon (top-right corner) to sign in.
No Google Account?
Create one on a computer first.
✔ Use your location’s email
✔ Use your town name as the password
✔ Save the login information somewhere safe
Note: If you are unable to update the account you are signed into on the Play Store itself, follow these steps to remove:
Return Home: Press the Home button on your remote.
Dismiss Overlay: If a “Signage will resume in…” message appears, select Cancel.
Open Settings: Select the Settings (gear) icon.
Manage Accounts: Scroll down and select Accounts.
Remove Account: Choose the account you wish to delete, select Remove Account, and then select it again to confirm.
Repeat: If necessary, repeat the process for any other old accounts.
Return to Home: Press the Back button repeatedly until you reach the main screen.
Relaunch Play Store: Select All Apps, then open the Play Store.
Sign In: Follow the prompts to sign in with the new account.
Step 4: Find Clickspace TV
Select the Search icon (left side).
Type Clickspace TV.
Select the app.
Step 5: Update the App
Select Update (or Update from Google Play).
Wait for installation to finish.
Recommended:
On the app page:
Tap the three dots (top-right)
Enable Auto-update
Step 6: Restart the App
Press Back until you return to the launcher screen.
Select Launch.
The menu should load normally.
