Connecting Your MiniX Device to Wi-Fi
If your MiniX media player has disconnected from Wi-Fi or needs to be reconnected to a new network, follow the steps below.
You will need a USB mouse or USB keyboard and access to your Wi-Fi network name and password.
Step 1: Exit the Clickspace App
Using a USB Mouse: Connect the mouse to a USB port. Move the cursor to the top-left corner of the screen to reveal the Start menu and click Start.
Using a USB Keyboard: Connect the keyboard and press Ctrl + Esc or the Windows key to open the Start menu.
Step 2: Reconnect to Wi-Fi
Click Settings.
Select Network & Internet.
Choose Wi-Fi from the left-hand menu.
Click Show available networks.
Select your desired Wi-Fi network.
Click Connect and enter your Wi-Fi password.
Step 3: Reopen the Clickspace App
Click the Windows icon in the bottom-left corner or press Ctrl + Esc / Windows key.
Locate the application under Recently Added or All Apps.
Click the app icon (or press Enter if highlighted) to launch.
Important Notice: MiniX Devices Are No Longer Supported
MiniX media players are reaching or have reached the end of their recommended operational lifespan.
You may experience slower loading times, occasional freezing, screen restarts, reduced video quality, or playback interruptions.
