Modified on Fri, 22 May at 4:04 PM

Device: Google TV Streamer 4K

Task: Connect the Google Streamer to your store's wireless network or switch Wi-Fi connections.

Use this article when: Your screen is showing a "No Internet" error, a white screen, or you have recently changed your store's Wi-Fi network password.

Do not use this article if: Your device is already connected but the app is frozen — see Google Streamer: How to Restart the Device instead.

Steps

  1. Exit to Home Screen - Press the Home button (the circle) on your Google remote to exit the Budvue app and return to the main Google TV home screen.

  2. Open Settings - Navigate to the very top menu, then scroll all the way to the right to highlight the Settings gear icon.

  3. Open All Settings - Clicking the gear opens a sidebar menu. Scroll down and click All settings.

  4. Select Network - Click on Network & Internet at the top of the menu list.

  5. Choose Your Network - Ensure the Wi-Fi toggle is turned ON. Find your store's Wi-Fi network from the list, select it, and enter the password using the on-screen keyboard.

Expected result: The network status will change to "Connected" and the Budvue app will automatically resume loading your menu content.

Resolution

Once the connection is established, press the Home button or click the Budvue/Clickspace app icon to return to your menus.
