If you are experiencing an issue with the BudGuide tablet app, follow the steps below which can help resolve common issues.
Force close the Budguide app
This completely closes the app and can fix minor issues.
Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle
Find Budguide in the list of open apps
Swipe the Budguide app up to close it
Reopen the app
Clear the app cache (without deleting your data)
iOS doesn’t have a direct “clear cache” button, but offloading the app removes temporary files safely.
Open Settings
Tap General
Tap iPad Storage
Find and tap Budguide
Tap Offload App
Confirm
Tap Reinstall App
Wipe All App Data from the Home Screen
If the issue continues:
- Go to your Budguide app Home Screen
- Press and hold the Screen
- Select Wipe All Data
- Enter your tablet password when prompted
Then:
- Restart your tablet
- Open the app and log in
If you are still experiencing the issue:
- Uninstall the app
Press and hold the Budguide app icon
Tap Remove App → Delete App
- Restart your tablet device
- Reinstall the app
Open the App Store
Search for Budguide
Tap Install
