What your store needs in terms of internet, hardware, and browsers to run Budvue reliably.
Before setting up Budvue, make sure your store meets the minimum requirements below. A stable internet connection is the single most important factor in keeping your screens running smoothly.
Internet Connection

Shared network | Budvue devices can share a business network, but ensure adequate bandwidth if many devices are connected |
? Tip For best results, connect your Budvue media player to the 5GHz Wi-Fi band if your router supports it, or use a wired Ethernet connection. Puck-style devices (Google TV Streamer, Onn 4K Pro) include a built-in Ethernet port for maximum stability. |

Network Ports & Firewall
If your store uses a managed network or corporate firewall, the following should be open to allow Budvue to communicate with our servers:

Budvue runs on Android or Amazon Fire OS media players connected to your TV via HDMI. See Budvue Compatible Hardware for currently recommended and supported devices.
