If your screen is frozen, not loading, or just behaving oddly, a restart usually does the trick. Here's how to do it properly.
Steps
Press the blue Home button on your remote to exit the Budvue app and get to the main BuzzTV screen.
You'll see a countdown message — click "Cancel" under "Signage Resuming in..." so the device doesn't jump straight back into the app.
Click "All Apps", then open the grey Settings icon.
Scroll down and select "Device Preferences".
Select "About".
Click "Restart", then click "Restart" again to confirm.
Wait for the device to restart — it will automatically open back into the Budvue app when it's done.
