- Click the blue home button to get out of the app and to the main launch page.
- Click “Cancel” under “Signage Resuming in” so the device doesn’t launch back into the menus
- Click on “All Apps” and then the grey setting icon
- Scroll down and click “Device Preferences”
- Click “About”
- Click on “Restart”, and then “Restart” again
- Wait for the device to restart, and it should come back up right into the app
