Device: Promo TV (Edgeworth screen, FireStick-powered)
Issue: Promo TV ads are displaying sideways or upside-down.
Use this article when: Your Promo TV content is rotated incorrectly — ads appear sideways or inverted.
Do not use this article if:
You have a BuzzTV/FireStick-connected screen with the wrong orientation — see BuzzTV/DS1: Adjust Screen Orientation instead.
Only one or a few ads are in the wrong orientation - email tvsupport@budvue instead indicating the product name of the ad with the wrong orientation.
Steps
Pick up your FireStick remote and press the large circular button in the center. This opens the Budvue Admin Panel on your screen.
In the Admin Panel, find the Rotate option.
Press Rotate to cycle through orientation options until the screen appears correct.
Close the Admin Panel — your change saves automatically.
Expected result: The screen displays content in the correct orientation
Resolution
If the ads are now displaying in the correct orientation, no further action is needed.

If the screen is still showing content in the wrong orientation after these steps, email tvsupport@budvue.com with:
Store name and address
Device serial number (found on the device)
Description of what you are seeing (e.g., "ads are sideways", "ads are upside down")
How long this has been happening
