Issue: The Budvue screen is displaying sideways, upside-down, or in the wrong direction.
Use this article when: Your FireStick-connected screen is showing content in the wrong orientation.
Do not use this article if:
You have a BuzzTV or DS1 device and need to adjust the Promo TV orientation — see Promo TV: Ads Displaying in Wrong Orientation instead.
Steps
Pick up your FireStick remote and press the large circular button in the center. This opens the Budvue Admin Panel on your screen.
In the Admin Panel, find the Rotate option.
Press Rotate to cycle through orientation options until the screen appears correct.
Close the Admin Panel — your change saves automatically.
Expected result: The screen displays content in the correct orientation.
Tip: Portrait (tall/vertical) mode is the standard for most Budvue screen setups. If your screen is mounted horizontally, you will want landscape mode.
Resolution
If the screen is now in the correct orientation, no further action is needed.

Device serial number (if visible)
Description of the orientation issue (sideways, upside-down, etc.)
